Speed Agility and Conditioning (SAC)

Our Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (SAC) Class is a training program, professionally designed and executed to enhance athletes’ performance in various aspects. This program focuses on improving key skills, including change of direction, acceleration, deceleration, linear speed, first-step explosiveness, reaction time (both visual and auditory), strength development, lateral quickness, physical/mental resilience, and sport-specific conditioning.

Developing strength training

Our Small Group Strength Development training program aligns with our Applied Functional Science (AFS) and High-Intensity Training (HIT) principles, with the focus on strengthening all major muscle groups in a functional manner that ensures muscular balance, injury prevention, and enhanced performance.

At the college and professional levels, we integrate the most cutting-edge strength development exercises and principles to achieve the highest possible gains in size, strength, explosiveness, and overall athletic development.

At the College and Pro Level we incorporate the most advanced strength development exercises and overload principles to yield maximal increases in Strength, Size, Explosiveness and overall athletic development.
